OPEN CASTING CALL FOR PERFORMERS WITH DISABILITIES
First-Ever Casting Society of America Inclusion and Diversity Open Call for Performers with Disabilities
On Sunday, January 7, 2018, CSA members across the country are making themselves available to union and non-union performers with disabilities.
Professionally trained artists and performers with disabilities actively pursuing careers in the arts are encouraged to attend. Artists will be given an opportunity to perform a prepared scene of their choice in front of a panel of professional casting directors.
The open call will offer actors the opportunity to work with casting directors who are looking to expand their knowledge of underrepresented and undiscovered talent in a professional casting environment.
Artists will be given an opportunity to perform a 2-page, prepared scene of their choice in front of a panel of CSA casting directors.

THE 2018 HYUNDAI SONATA
With a new exterior design, a list of standard safety features, and a new eight-speed automatic transmission in 2.0T models, the new 2018 Hyundai Sonata Limited starting at $27,400, SE $22,050, SEL $23,700, Sport $26,490 and Sport 2.0T $27,600.
Created at Hyundai’s California Design Studio and assembled at Hyundai’s manufacturing facility in Montgomery, Alabama, the 2018 Sonata builds on the model’s strong legacy.
New sheet metal for the sculpted hood, front fenders, and trunk makes the dynamic new look possible.
The top-of-the-line 2.0T engine is mated to a new eight-speed automatic transmission, which adds ratio range at both the top and bottom for improved performance and efficiency. All 2.0-liter turbo Sonatas ride on 18-inch wheels wrapped in Michelin tires.
All 2018 Sonatas are equipped with a standard seven-inch color display audio touchscreen with both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration.
Keeping on-trend with today’s connected passengers, smartphones can now be charged without a plug using the available wireless charging pad (Qi standard) while a second-row USB charge port provides additional charging flexibility. Fuel economy for Sonata Limited: 25mpg city, 35mpg highway.
The 2018 Sonata Hybrid and Plug-in Hybrid are still under development.
